Submit a photograph (must be of a person) radiating happiness, contentment, serenity...the happiness portrayed in the photo should resonate out to the viewers.V oters will be asked to vote for the photo they feel most represents the emotions of the subject in the most natural looking, unforced way. For example, a burst of laughter...and unknowing smile. Have fun!:)
