A second look at the familiar

Many times we miss things right in front of our face. The purpose of this contest is to get the photographer to take a second look at his own everyday surroundings for what he or she has been missing and to be more observant. I for one have found several excellent comps this way. There are things I've driven by for years and never thought to shoot. Heck, the item may be right there in your house. i realize this contest does not have a specific category so there should be a variety of entries.

Submit a photograph that somehow incorporates the topic. The photograph should clearly be about the topic. Creative approaches are welcomed. But contest voters will be asked to consider the topic when making a choice for a winner.

This is a photography contest. Edits of photography using software is permitted. No digital art or traditional artwork should be submitted.
