Motion Blur

Motion Blur - This is a photography contest. Capture something that is in motion, but you must capture the blur as well. At least a portion of your subject or focal point needs to be in focus. You can do this by photographing something that is moving, or you can create it by moving your camera to cause the blur. You cannot create the blur using filters. Limit the mixed media to enhancing only.
