Wide Open Digital Art
The topic for this Digital Art contest is: Wide Open. Wide Open should not be a pastoral landscape or wide open spaces. It should be something that opens and closes literally like eyes of an animal or person, a mouth of an animal or person, a gate, door, window, etcetera. It can be serious or humorous.
Digital artists should create a work that represents what Wide Open means to them. Wide open refers to something that can literally be wide open and then shut, i.e., the eyes or mouth of a person or animal, doors, Windows, boxes, etc. Submissions should not include landscapes that depict wide open spaces.
Post a digital artwork that incorporates the topic. Digital Art is an image in which all elements are created solely on a computer. The submitted artwork should be clearly about the topic. Creative approaches are welcomed. But contest voters will be asked to consider the topic when making a choice for a winner. This art contest is for all forms of art. That includes pen and ink, pencil, watercolors, charcoal, sculpture, computer art and all other forms of art. No photography.
Deadline: Contest is closed. Deadline was Monday, August 12, 2019.
