Copyright Information
You retain rights to your own material when you post your work on FanArtReview.com.
For your convenience, FanArtReview.com automatically includes a personal copyright notice at the end of each item you create. You are free, and encouraged, to sell your work to others, post it with others or do whatever you wish.
By posting to FanArtReview.com, you grant us non-exclusive rights to display and store your work on our site. Obviously, we require these rights to show your work to other people who may visit our site. Non-exclusive means that you may give these same rights to anyone else as well; for money or for free.
By default all works are shown on the new listing page. You may remove your material from public viewing at anytime by editing it and changing the "release mode" to disabled.
You agree that you created the work submitted, any electronic images or audio that may accompany it, and text that may accompany it. The federal No Electronic Theft Act (NET Act) provides for criminal prosecution of individuals who engage in copyright infringement, even where the individual derives no monetary profit or commercial benefit from the infringement. Such behavior can result in up to three years in prison and/or up to $250,000 in fines.
