Mixed Media Photograph of the Month Contest Entry

The Mixed Media was created from a photo of reflections of car lights in a puddle. The photo was cropped and treated with a kaleidoscope filter. A mirror version was added as second layer. The layers were merged and treated with an emboss filter. The background was darkened, color levels were changed, spotted frosting was added with a brush and distractions erased [cloned].
