My daughter lives in New Zealand and when I'm there we often go to this beach - Te Arai - which is a lovely place as we're often the only people there. We'd been there one day in the late afternoon and I tried to capture the light and colours in this painting. I used oil paint on a canvas block. Hope you like it.
