Darkness Contest Entry
A time ago friends gave to me a photo asking: "Could you fix that. We really love that picture it has a great sentimental value."
The photo was shaky, a whole lot. I'm not sure if it was because of a long exposure with a handhold camera or maybe because my friends had a nice evening at a party on the beach with some Moonshine-Tequila.
I could not fix the photo. It was to shaky but somehow I wanted to save their memory.
I put the photo in my 2004 Digital Imagining were I applied several filters. It's a time ago. I don't remember what filters I used. It was than colored with Art-stroke free hand paintbrush but again I don't remember what brushes I used. To make the confusion full I have no idea with what camera my friends took the picture.
But anyway here is with what I came up for the rescue of as valued memory.
I had some great benefic to. I found out that 'bad pictures' out of focus, shaky, blurry and what else could happen often make better basics for Multi Media than the "best shots". Now I shoot out of focus sometimes just for the Multi Media use.
I hope the dark of the night with the moon and its reflection highlighting the palm trees and clouds dos meet the contest topic.
