In this contesr we were to take a photgraph and change it. We also were suppose to include the original shot along with our new piece of work. My original picture is in the lower right.


My original picture is the surface water in a pond. Everything I created was made from the water you see there, for this view of a scenic pond. The ripples show in the pads, fish and frog.

The frog has over 40 small rippled pieces covering it's body. Every part of him was made from the original picture.

The fish's body and fins show the rippled water from the photo as do the lily pads.

The lily's petals were traced from the water also and the ripples within had a lot to do with the final effect. I tried a lot of combined effects before I really saw something I liked.
