I did it again: Not paying enough attention. I did not read some contest rules right. This picture was created for the Magic Man contest as my interpretation of the song. I had the contest down as mixed media but it was a traditional art. Oops!
Magic Man is a rock song written by Ann and Nancy Wilson sung by the Rock Band Heart. It was released as second single from the band’s debut Album in 1976. The lyrics of the song are below.
The picture is a digital collage. Parts of five of my photos were merged using Digital Image Suite. Thanks to the dancers and my friend for the permission to use their photos. The picture I used as background is the unchanged photo of a reflection in a car window showing a landscape at sunset.
