I am not a Chameleon? How can I hide when now when somebody tries his paint on my personal outlook? I was perfectly camouflaged. Now I am amplified! Who did that? I want to sue him!
A young Spiny-tale Iguana photographed in the wild. The paint on the stick is a marker of a survey crew.
Spiny-tale Iguanas are born green and thought adolescence but change to pal banded brown as adults. They are native to Mexico and Central America living in low and middle elevation open areas particularly around beaches, human settlements and archeological sites.
They are known to be unafraid of humans and easy to tame and known as pets therefore they are popular as pets often free living in small villages among people.
