I was driving very slow around a local lake, I had seen this guy earlier and was watching for him on the other bank. I noticed movement and there he was rite in front of me. I already had the window down, so I stopped and shot a lot of shots of this guy. I have posted one already called "gotcha". This was taken before he found the fish.
This is a Great Blue Heron. Taken with an Olympus E3 camera, 70-300mm lens 500/sec f5.6
