This is a very close view of a female cardinal. I feed the birds year round and they have gotten very fond of sunflower seeds! I have an old metal pan I carry the feed to the feeder, when I empty the pan I will hit it on the feeder to make a sound for the birds to here. It won't be long here they come! Usually it will be a Cardinal! I am using an Olympus E3 camera hand held with a 70-300mm lens 750/sec f5.6
