This started as an idea... and to create it I used my favorite tools: moving water and red green and ultra violet lasers for the wave, pin holes in black cardboard and yellow and white lights behind. I shot this separately, and then took each dot and placed them strategically to create a small town in background. Post: layers and curves, cut and paste, cropped and sized.
