Sea Glass could be found everywhere on the beaches of the world. Beach combing is a hobby for many and a profession for some. Some just like to collect the pretty pieces, others exchange them artwork and jewelry. Authentic sea glass is getting rear mostly because glass items are being increasingly replaced by plastics. Truth green is one of the most common colors being found, the piece shown in the picture is a rarity. The uneven surface and the air bubbles indicate that the original glass this piece was in a fire. Could be a ships fire, a wildfire or just a bonfire; who knows? Do to the exchange by the fire it is very hard to determinate the origin, age and location of the piece.
