Julie Smith and her boyfriend Tommy Weston, went out on Halloween night in 1999. It was going to be the first time for both of them, As they began to undress in the backseat of Tommy's car there was a loud thump on the door. Julie let out one loud scream, and it was the last sound she or Tommy would ever make.
The newspaper headlines the next morning read, 'Two teenage kids were murdered last night on a side street by Huntington graveyard. The perpetrator has been captured and is in custody . His response to why he committed such a horrible crime, " I have watched them teenage kids with no morals come up here for years just to show no respect for themselves or the dead whatsoever, and my dear Ole' mom is buried in that graveyard. I just got sick of it and had to put a stop to it.'

Each year after that dreadful night it has been said that if you go by the graveyard on Halloween night you can catch a glimpse of the two young lovers in each others arms, stealing that last kiss that brought them to their death.
