This is an Indigo Bunting! I feed the birds sunflower seeds year round. This was taken in the late spring! You can see he has turned almost solid blue. Later he will be solid blue! This is a small bird and is usually found in fields and along road way ditches! They eat grass seeds and they are fond of sunflower seeds. I am using an Olympus E3 Camera ISO 400 with a 70-300mm lens 750/sec f5.6
