This is a male Rose Breasted Grosbeak. This was taken last spring. It will be very soon I will see them again as they migrate from their winter home in West Indies, Mexico to north west South America to their summer home in southern Canada and northern United States. They will stop here at my home on the way to eat and rest. He is eating sunflower seed.
I am using an Olympus E3 camera ISO 400 with a 70-300mm lens 750/sec f8
