I walked through the gardens almost daily on my way to College.. and grew to love them. However- I have a son who is an engineer, infact all my children had a love of the pencil both in line and word,though they have all chosen different careers and my collages are more based on observation, rather in the way my children observe data for their various careers - than cerebral pencil art- each building, stair way, roof etc was carefully noted (something I do automatically) then I would seek a way to represent it. I feel somewhat guilty about the results, as I enjoyed the process of collage-ing as an act, rather like knitting a pattern into a sweater..
