Seed Heads Contest Entry 
I recently transplanted a fig tree and immediately a vine grew up the trunk of the treel Before I had a chance to tear out the vine, the vine produces pretty hot pink flowers and then these magenta seed pods grew. I consulted google to find out they were trumpet vine pods, and indeed, I had some other trumpet vines growing nearby. I had just never seen the pods before! Nikon D3X f/22, 1/25sec, 1600ISO, 180mm, tripod, rainy day
