You assume right. That is a staged shot with a touch mixed media. The orchid bud was photographed in front of a TV screen. The moonlight came from handhold torchlight [flashlight]. The halo around the moon is the reflection of the torch in the TV screen. I just added the moon and cropped the photo. No other changes were made.
