I have posted it as Journalism for now. Am I wrong, is it Nudity? I am not sure. Please let me know. The lady is nude except her blindfold, but all day long families are passing by and even the parents of toddlers and first graders seem not to be bothered by her appearance.
This Lady towered on top the Lady Justice Fountain located at Baxter County Plaza in front of the historic Bexar County Courthouse, downtown San Antonio, Texas. The fountain was originally installed at the east courtyard, but moved in 1927 to a nearby park where the fountain got damaged and Lady Justice got lost for some time. Decades later, both were found in very sorry conditions. Both were commissioned by the Hidalgo Foundation to the local artist Gilbert E. Barres to restore the Fountain and recreate Lady Justice. Lady Justice serves again as symbol of justice in Bexar County since 2008. The fountain uses air conditioning condensation as its water supply, which allows the water to run during the usual dry summer months and other periods of water restriction.
