We have had many cats over the years. This little kitten was brought home by my daughter from the RSPCA, where she volunteered. It had been shot at with pellets and her poor little body was riddled with pellets. The Vet said they couldn't remove them all and we could only keep her as comfortable as possible as they weren't causing her any problems at first. She lived a happy life for about a year but then lead poisoning from the pellets claimed her. She was such a cute little kitten and I could never understand how people could be so cruel. I used soft chalk pastels on 12" x 9" pastel paper for this.
