taken in the bay of Cannes, France; the sailboat has a cabin for two people; the Norwegian Epic has 4200 passengers and 1690 staff members; 18 bars, 14 restaurants...... and a lot of other things; but in the case of emergency? there are 20 rescue boats, ready to be launched; the others....... even with a capacity of 100/ boat (difficult to believe) there are still 3890 waiting for God's help....
