I first drew the cat and the ball on Strathmore drawing paper, 190gsm.9"x12" using graphite pencils and sharpie. I applied watecolours all around leaving the white space to show the cat. Thereafter I put the image through PS and added some textures and strengthened the colours.
I have deliberately done the colour-overflows and mergers with the outlines.Also some colour splattering on the cat's body!
