Again I'm a lil out of my zone but it's a gift to my mother who is now confined to bed at a hospital. This is my grandparents (mama side) taken when they were 1st married. Papaw was 18 mamaw was 14. They were married lil over 75years. At 18 papaw(O.C. Dawkins) got a loan and purchase 2000 sq. ft. Block building in the middle of a cotton community known as Tribett, Ms. and start a lil grocery store. That store manage to put my mother and both uncles thru school. He retired from that at the age of 75yrs and to enjoy the golden years. I went out there a couple of days ago and what is amazing is the building is still standing and looks good. No one is occupying it. Over the decades papaw would have charge accounts to the farmers thru the slow times. They both died in their early 90's and they have been missed. Y'all common back now...yahear!
