I got this from my husband years ago because I always had problems getting out of bed in the morning. LOL It was meant for fun, because the sound of this one could wake up the dead. I don't think I have used it after I heard it one morning, but it is still sitting on my night desk, and is the last thing I see before going to sleep, and the first thing I see in the morning. Can't be more "every day" than that.
