I took this shot in Delhi last month at a garden party where the highlight was 'Street Foods' .
'Pav bhaji'is a fast food dish from Mumbai, consisting of a vegetable curry served with a soft bread roll.

Main ingredients: Pav (bread), Potatoes, Tomatoes, Onions, Mixed vegetables ( not to speak of red chillies)

Essentially this is a poor man's food which has become a fashion symbol in Delhi..
I helped myself to a generous helping of 'Pav Bhaji' . With some chilled beer to accompany it, my day was made!:):)
Camera: Canon, standard settings, handheld, image cropped and resized. I kept the background a bit dark. I made sure that these cooks were not staring a the camera. They were busy with their own dishes.
