something a bit different today-so there I was penniless, with nothing to my name but four children when my ex dumped us, in a strange city, in a country which had still not accepted us as anything but 'what uses they could put us to'-- it was without a farthing, so I had to learn how to cope with the system. My best friend was 'the' local artist's model, she persuaded me to model at least till I got on my feet a little, as it was good pay- but I couldn't hack it, it was the wrong time anyway, as my confidence was at an all time low- but someone kept his copy and gave me it and a superb head he had done of me, sadly I lost the head or it was stolen, but I had a copy done of this one.
