I took the moon with the Alder branch in the foreground...the leaves were sharp focus but the moon was blurred & featureless...I then took a picture of the moon alone that was clear & in focus. I placed this image of the moon over the moon in the other picture to the exact size blurring the edges & matching the sky colour. Then framed it Susan

Top picture cropped light dark balance adjusted then layered upon the lower picture the moon superimposed over the blurred image of it below size matched & edges softened to hide join sky colour of two images matched. then Image framed
