Cabbage Moth Butterfly and its shadow

Moth and Shadow

by IdstudentCathy

I was out in the garden snapping photos and watching this little guy fly all over, only stopping for a second or two. He finally landed on the large leaf for a little while and I took a few photos. I wasn't sure what kind of butterfly he was so I looked up moths and butterflies and the Cabbage Moth Butterfly came closest, so I do hope that is correct. Liked it no matter what his name is! I did enhance the wings to show its detail and outline a little better. I used my Canon T6 Rebel; 1/400 sec; ISO 200; f 7.1; 300mm
