Mixed Media Photograph of the Month Contest Entry 
These are a variety of Hydrangea called Limelight. They produce very large heads that are triangular in shape and bloom in late summer. When first appearing they are a cream to pale lime green in color. As fall approaches some of the petals will take on a pinkish tone before becoming dry and turning a pale tan.
