It was a Windy day with wind gusts up to 40 mph. I went to the wetlands in the afternoon and found this solitary Female Tri-Colored Heron in the beginning stages of her breeding changes.
The plant life was reflecting in the water and the wind blowing gave the water the Painterly look that is as I saw it with no enhancements. Loved the autumn like colors as well as her reflection with no reed distractions.
