After the unusually deep snow of Tuesday night I made sure the birds in my garden had plenty to eat & water to drink after removing the snow & ice from the drinking bowl...the Birds that came & are pictured in this collage were:- Robin~Erithacus rubecula, Blue Tit ~Cyanistes caerules, Bullfinch (male with a deep pink breast & female with a buff/coffee coloured one) ~Pyrrhula Pyrrhula, Chaffinch (male with a pink breast & female with a yellow green one) ~Fringilla coelebs, Goldfinch ~Carduelis Carduelis & a male Blackbird with his yellow beak~ Turdus Merula Starlings ~ Sturnus livia & Pigeons Racing & Wood ~ Columba & Palumbus also came to the food laid out for them.
