Selective Color Contest Winner

This is one of the monarchs that I reared last summer. I love photographing them in the morning while the light is still soft and the sun hasn't peeked over the trees,plus it may be a bit cooler out,so the butterfly will stay put for awhile. This one was placed on a thistle blossom which was visited by a small fly mimicking a flower bee.Photo taken using built in selective yellow color filter.Minor adjustment made to color.
