when walking at night, about 60 years ago, I was dreaming that one day I'll have in a pocket a kind of telephone able to call a friend or relative, anywhere in the world, be able to see him on a tv-like screen, and in the other pocket instead of my useless Leica M4 with a 25 ASA (=iso) film roll, a camera able to take a photograph without the need of a heavy tripod and an strong light source. The present pic was taken hand held! with a Fujifilm XT2 and 56 mm f1.2 lens at 1/90 sec and f2. iso setting was 12800 ! As an additional difficulty: this commercial harbor was at a distance of 3.6 km. away.................................................. (for those who think that the pic isn't sharp: look at the tower on the right with the pink and blue lights; because of the wide aperture, the strong light sources smear at night; next time I'll better try 1/10 sec at f16.....)
