Mixed Media Photograph of the Month Contest Entry

When I was a little girl, my big brother set up two Koi Ponds in our yard. He built the ponds from scratch, adding and nurtured the fish with great lily pads and cats tails. We had such a beautiful setting and he loved his fish. The sound from outside my bedroom window was a magical place filled with the trumpeting of frogs, crickets and the occasional firefly flitting by. Thanks, Billy, for making our childhood a better place. I miss you.
