Mixed Media Photograph of the Month Contest Entry
I think I have everything written in "how I did this" . Just two flowers were blossoming on this Rhodendron. I thought the white flower looked very pretty with the cluster of large pink buds. I hope you enjoy what I created. Thank you So much for stopping by! :o) Helvi

This is either a Rhododendron or Azalea, I cut out the azalea and used gaussian blur on the background. . I then pasted the flower on the background. I outlined the flower to bring it out from the background. The original flower was then added as a second layer. On the second over lay I cut out each petal, bud and leaf and embossed each petal ,bud, stamens and leaf of the flower and left it in its original position I wanted each part of the flower to have its own degree of embossing. The next step was to change them to transparencies. Each piece was then highlighted. All of the above was done in png. mode. I changed the image to .jpg and thought this would be my finishished piece, but.... thought I'd look into one more thing
