Banana Inspector was finished August 27, 2018. A man dressed in white stands in mist inspecting organic bananas in a high altitude banana plantation. Growing bananas at this elevation was an experiment. It was cloudy a lot, so much so that sometimes under certain conditions rainbow tunnels appeared between the threes when one looked from a high point down through the mist. Surprisingly, bananas turned out to do very well in this environment. The fruit sparkled faintly when the peel was drawn back and they tasted quite different; not so oily or rich as store bought bananas; not even when very ripe. (I never saw commercial bananas sparkle!)
