Ilha da Culatra has no roads so no cars or buses or motorcycles. To move the heavy stuff they use tractors. Even as an ambulance to bring pateints to the jetty to meet the cruz vermilie boat. Some are really ancient and are repaired rather than renewed. It is a natural fishermans area and they are used to bring boats ashore for cleaning etc. This is done in a characature style.
