Early this month I spent 10 days in Thailand including 5 days in Phuket. It consists of the island of Phuket, the country's largest island, and another 32 smaller islands off its coast. It lies off the west coast of Thailand in the Andaman Sea. In Phuket,I stayed at JW Marriott where luxury reigns supreme.(thanks to the hospitality of my hosts). I took this shot from the lobby (a huge one indeed) overlooking the Andaman Sea. That was around 6.30 pm when the sun was slowly going down. You can see the living spaces on both sides designed in the Thai style. Camera: Canon SX130IS, standard settings.
