It is Strange Contest Entry
Ginger (Gingiber officinalis) is not a root. It is the rhizome, which is an underground stem modification. ... Ginger in its fresh form can be used as a vegetable. but its dried form is used as a medicine for digestion and also as a spice in some parts of India.
I took this shot at a local vegetable vendor using my Android cellphone camera OnePlus3T. I have
resized it to FAR requirements added some colours and trextures to the background only for visual interest.
Enjoy!
