I think this is an immature Dunnock ~ Prunella modularis or in Irish Donnog on my deck with a segment of dried meal worn in it's open beak...there is some movement blur around it's head & beak. These birds move very quickly in a series of quick hops in a jerky manner. in the distance it's difficult to see the difference between an immature Robin & a Dunnock. Susan
