Landscape Photography Contest Entry

The beauty of the Muktinath Valley as seen from the town of Ranipauwa just belong the Thorong La mountain pass. The valley is surrounded by mountains peaks all above the 20,000 feet elevation mark. The valley itself is around 9,000 feet in elevation and the town of Ranipauwa is 12,500. Even from this elevation the mountain peaks still tower way above making a person feel very small and insignificant. Taken with my Pentax K3.
