Squirrel eating a Nut

This little guy baffles me. It is one of the Squirrels in my backyard. Although, it behaves as the other squirrels and the body looks like a Gray Squirrel its colors seems unusual. It has a loot of beige-orange colored hair and some small white spots. I wonder if this is a sporadic abnormality or a natural mix-breed.
