starting last month and for every month from August to February my kids and grandkids will have birthdays. instead of buying cards i personally make them for my kids. Hallmark is rip off and a sore subject for me..wink..the card yall saw with the flowers end of last month was for my youngest daughter. This one here is for my middle daughter (i have 3 girls) and she loves cats. so not only do i have grandchildren i have grandpuppies and grandkitties too! my kids grew up with pets. some folks will remember years back when during Easter they would sell or give dye colored live chicks. some was offered to my kids when they were real young...oh i holler "oh hell no!" i knew once it got petted and named it became part of the family. im sorry i dont play with my food! also i have lived near chicken coops in my younger years..nasty animals! its amazing i still eat the heck out of chicken. word to the wise...if you see a chicken in the road dont try to dodge it. chickens can cause a wreck. no matter what direction you go it will jump in way. best thing to do is go straight at em..most of the time they jump out of the way at the last minute. the inside of this card has the cute punchline so ill post that part in a day or so...as i usually say...STOP DREAMING..START DOING...AND DON'T EVER STOP BELIEVING! wink.
