Mixed Media Photograph of the Month Contest Entry

I have never seen such a large Dahlia flower. The plant is very tall and the flower you see in this photo is about 11 inches across. I am so proud having this flower in my garden, and it for sure brightens a September day. I hope for a mild autumn so I can see more of the buds in bloom. The bud on the right has already grown quite a bit, so I am sure the bloom will be just as big.
