This area used to be a residential area on the west side of Anchorage, it was destroyed in the huge earthquake back in 1964 and has since become a park, there are ski trails and walking paths , this is also a good place to anchorage the sunsets as this is right on the edge of the Knik Arm of Cook Inlet, this is the start of a path and was captured this afternoon. I love the way the trees line this path.
