Mother Earth Photo Contest Contest Entry

Found this young fawn,only a couple of days old,lying just outside of the woods behind our house. When they are this young ,so new to the world,they have no fear,and will pretty much stay put until Mom comes back to nurse it. They are such precious souls, and for me,the embodiment of Spring.This one decided to take a peek at me,revealing it?s blue eye. Adjusted sharpness and color.
