This Purple Martin home was placed by Audubon. The best way to catch a great feeding photo is to focus on the babies and wait for them to stretch out their necks, leaving space in the frame for the arriving adult. When they reach forward with open mouths, I hit the shutter burst to catch the arriving adult at 1/4000 second.
